Years ago, while working as recruitment specialists at rival companies, Thomas, Ben, and Natalie were discussing the challenges they faced in finding the right candidates. Realizing the potential of combining their expertise and leveraging technology, they had an idea: what if they created a platform that could revolutionize the recruitment process?
