Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Sales Specialist to develop business opportunities and sell our innovative AI recruiting solutions to employers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology. You will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying and securing new clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Role Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective clients through market research
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Track and report sales performance, maintaining accurate records of activities and pipeline status
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Familiarity with AI technologies, CRM systems, and the recruitment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
