Role Overview

Join us as an AI/ML Engineer and take the helm of our technology strategy and execution to realize our technological vision. In this executive role, you will help guide our product development, collaborate closely with our team, customers, and investors, and lead our startup towards capturing a significant market opportunity.

Role Responsibilities

• Define and lead the startup's technology strategy
• Spearhead rapid prototyping and product iterations
• Engage directly in coding and development
• Articulate and demonstrate technological solutions to clients
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through to launch
• Identify, recruit, and manage top-tier engineering talent globally

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD advantageous
• 5-10 years in a relevant role, with substantial experience in startup environments
• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java, with a focus on AI
• Experience with AI/ML models, deep learning, and NLP
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Deep understanding of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Exceptional leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure
• Genuine enthusiasm for the potential of AI technology to drive change
