Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to help our clients maximize the value of our AI recruiting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Role Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process
  • Provide exceptional support to clients via email, phone, and chat
  • Conduct training sessions and create educational materials
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and success metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, CRM systems, and the recruitment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
